COMSATS Attendance Portal Registration for Individual Employee
MIS Team, IT-Centre is pleased to announce that it has made special arrangements for the employees of CUI, regarding attendance awareness. To begin with, an android based application has been developed as well as a web portal has been prepared, to serve the purpose. In this connection, Individual Employee / Incharge on behlf of their under employees will needs to send CAMS Code request onto comsis@comsats.edu.pk through official email id by mentioning their Name, Designation, Department, Cell No and Network (ufone , jazz etc). The MIS Team will SMS a unique code to concerned employee so that they can activate their accounts and start benefiting from the service. Please note down the code in a safe place as it can be reused in case of forgotten password. (Please note that the code is not your account password.)
Using the service, the end user can check the attendance history of past 30 days (including off days) as well as check their Official and Contact Information using the services. This will help them check their data and ask for update, if not up-to-date The procedure to use the android application as well as web portal are as follows:
Option 1 (Andriod Based Mobile Users)
1. Follow the Google Play Store® link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ciit.itc.mis.cams and install on your Android smartphone. Alternately, open Play Store application on your mobile and search for "camsmobile" or "COMSATS Attendance".
2. Find the application "CAMS Mobile" in your programs and launch it. Click on 
button.
3. Enter your Mobile No. which is registered with CUI SMS system and Code which u got from CUI SMS.
4. Enter Password of your choice twice and click on (SUBMIT) button. if your code or number is incorrect it will not further proceed otherwise it will re-direct to login page.
5. Now you have been registered, just enter the Mobile No. and Password carefully and start using the application
Option 2 (Web Portal)
1. Open http://comsis.edu.pk
2. Click on CUI Employee Attendance Portal Registration link on the main login page.
3. Enter your Mobile No. which is registered with CUI SMS system and press the [Validate] button
4. Enter the 8 digit SMS Code which you received through CUI SMS, after code verification enter password of your choice twice.
5. After successful registration, press [Go To Login Page] button and launch the login page of portal. Login by entering your Mobile No.(as Username) and Password and start using the application.
